Our rates are in effect January - December 2024 Children 10 and under are free. There are no additional fees for cleaning. There must be at least one person 21 years of age (valid driver's license required) staying in the cabin. State and Bed taxes extra. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN AND VALIDATE A RELEASE STATING THAT YOU WILL SHOWER PRIOR TO HOT TUB ENTRY. Please don't book with us if you can't agree to this or if you intend on defrauding the innkeeper (your reservation is booked for two but you bring more). 11 and above are charged as an extra person.
What's included? All bedding, towels, kitchen supplies (dishes, utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave) Also included coffee filters, dish soap and yes, TP!) What's not included????? Maid service, charcoal/lighter fluid, and firewood for fire ring. Bring your personal items, sense of adventure and food.... Yes, each cabin sleeps six. Sunday through Thursday rent Livi's Cottage for $165/night for 2. Sleepy Hollow is $175/night for 2 people. We have a 2 night minimum. $20 night for extra people.
You must be 21 to rent one of our cabins.
We require a security deposit of $100 to secure your reservation. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Security deposits are returned via a check after checkout. Refunds for total cancellation less than 2 weeks before check in date are non-refundable. All cancellations are subject to a $20. fee. Balance is due at check in by either Mastercard or Visa, and we do accept cash!!
Returning guests get 5% off! paying the balance in cash also brings another 5% discount (as long as cash is still flowing in our country).
